Description of ServicesQRFox.eu provides European wine producers with a solution to comply with the European Union's regulations on nutritional and ingredient labeling through QR codes. Our Services include the creation and management of QR codes that allow consumers to access nutritional and ingredient information of a wine product. From time to time, we may also offer additional features and services, which may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
Use of the Site and Services
You may only use the Site and Services for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Site or the Services: In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation (including, but not limited to, laws related to the export of data or software from and to the European Union or other countries). To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including "junk mail," "chain letters," "spam," or any other similar solicitations.
To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Site or the Services, QRFox.eu, an employee of QRFox.eu, another user, or any other person or entity (including, without limitation, using email addresses or screen names associated with any of the aforementioned). To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Site or the Services, or which, as determined by us, may harm QRFox.eu or the users of the Site or the Services, or expose them to liability.
Right of Withdrawal
The Owner of the website endeavors to provide services with the utmost care and diligence in the execution of this Agreement. We commit to safeguarding the interests of the Customer and minimizing any risks or inconveniences that may arise from the use of our services. Additionally, we pledge to cooperate with the Customer and address any issues or complaints promptly and in good faith, aiming to resolve them in the best possible manner.
Automatic Renewal of Annual Subscription: Subscription to QRFox.eu incurs an annual cost, which will be automatically debited using the billing and payment information provided at the time of subscription. The Customer consents to the charge of the amount due for the new service year unless actively requesting cancellation or sending a cancellation request in writing.
Cancellation Procedure: The Customer has the right to cancel the subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective upon the expiration of the current subscription period. To request cancellation and further information, please send a formal communication to

Limitation of liabilityThe Owner of the website endeavors to provide services with the utmost care and diligence in the execution of this Agreement. Additionally, we pledge to cooperate with the Customer and address any issues or complaints promptly and in good faith, aiming to resolve them in the best possible manner.
In the context of this Agreement, while we strive to fulfill our obligations responsibly, we recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Therefore, unless explicitly stated otherwise and subject to applicable statutory provisions, the Owner shall not be liable for any damages, except those resulting from gross negligence, intent, or violations of essential contractual obligations. In any event of liability, the compensation may not exceed the total payments that have been, will be or would be received by the Owner from the User based on the contract over a period of 12 months, or the period of the duration of the Agreement, if shorter.

In case of interruptions or prolonged unavailability, we will strive to restore normal operation swiftly, deploying necessary resources.
User Content
QRFox.eu may allow users to submit, upload, post, or otherwise make available content such as text, images, audio, and video (collectively, "User Content") through the Site or the Services. Users retain all rights to the submitted User Content and are solely responsible for it. By submitting User Content, you grant QRFox.eu a non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the Site and the Services. You represent and warrant that: (i) you are the sole and exclusive owner of all User Content or have all the rights, licenses, consents, and releases necessary to grant QRFox.eu the rights to such User Content as contemplated under these Terms; and (ii) neither the User Content, nor the submission, uploading, posting, or making available of such User Content, nor the use by QRFox.eu, nor the use of the User Content as permitted herein, will infringe, misappropriate, or violate any patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, moral rights, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights, or rights of publicity or privacy, or result in the violation of any applicable law or regulation.
Wineries will have free access to their past products while maintaining an active subscription to our service. Therefore, to retain access to previous labels, even the minimum subscription to the smallest pricing option is required.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Site, the Services, and all their content, features, and functionalities (including, but not limited to, all information, software, text, displays, images, videos, and audios, as well as the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by QRFox.eu, its licensors, or other providers of such material. Additionally, QRFox.eu reserves the right to modify the labels and the order of information as required. Consequently, even if the information is initially entered, it may vary depending on the needs, to ensure the creation of software compliant with European and National Regulations.
Availability PeriodQRFox.eu will maintain all electronic labels (e-Labels) from your current and previous subscription years online at no additional charge. By default, individual e-Labels will be retained for 10 years. However, we recognize that certain products may require longer availability. In such cases, we will notify customers via email or phone before the e-Labels are taken offline, allowing users to request extended access.
Changes to these Terms
The Owner reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. In such instances, the Owner will notify the User accordingly. Any revisions will only apply to future interactions with the User. By continuing to use the Service, the User indicates acceptance of the updated Terms. If Users do not agree with the changes, they must discontinue using the Service. Failure to accept the updated Terms may lead to termination of the Agreement by either party. The relationship will be governed by the previous version of the Terms until the User's acceptance. Users can request any previous versions from the Owner. If mandated by applicable law, the Owner will specify the effective date of the modified Terms.

www.qrfox.eu, users may access external resources provided by third parties. Users acknowledge and agree that the Owner has no control over these resources and thus is not responsible for their content and availability.Terms and conditions applicable to any resources provided by third parties, including those related to potential content rights grants, are governed by the respective third-party terms and conditions or, if unavailable, by applicable statutory law.
